SUMMARY -MEXICAN PROJECTS

The following is a high level overview of the Mexican projects that were actively explored this past fiscal year.

In fiscal 2006, we focused our efforts in the southern Mexico state of Oaxaca where we have been exploring high-grade, vein-hosted gold and silver prospects that have seen historic production, and in the opinion of management, have the potential to host significant, undiscovered resources.

In addition to the following principal projects, our Oaxaca land department is working with our geologists to acquire new, potential ground in this mineral-rich state.

Predilecta	Au-Ag	Oaxaca	Past-producer near Oaxaca city; property staked; existing data compiled; surface mapping and geochemistry.
Quatro Venados	Au	Oaxaca	Property staked; surface mapping and geochemistry; epithermal vein system exposed for several kilometers hosts numerous small-scale past producers; never drilled.
Lachiguiri	Ag-Pb-Zn-Au	Oaxaca	Property staked; high grades of Ag-Pb-Zn in carbonate replacement bodies exposed for over 1 kilometer; never drilled.
Niño Perdido	Au-Ag	Oaxaca	Property staked; past-producing gold district.
