GREIG HUTTON, P.ENG.,
President

Greig Hutton has 27 years' experience as a Professional Engineer. Much of his early career was spent working in mines in Timmins, Thompson and later at Syncrude in Ft. McMurray. The past 20 years have seen him involved in sales, marketing and senior management for metal distribution and equipment manufacturing companies. Throughout his career Greig has managed companies with sales up to $25 million per year revenue and has traveled extensively, including visits to most of the mines existing in Western Canada.

ROBERT MCMORRAN,
CFO and Director

Robert McMorran is President and sole Director of Malaspina Consultants Inc., a private company providing administrative and financial accounting services primarily to junior public companies, including Canada Dominion Resources Group. Pursuant to his activities with Malaspina, Robert served as a director and officer of several publicly traded companies. Between 1987 and 1997, he was an officer of Cheni Resources Inc., and in his final two years there, served as President and CEO.

WARREN MCINTYRE,
Corporate Secretary and Director

Mr. McIntyre provides business development consulting services to both publicly traded and private companies. He is a director and the corporate secretary of Continuum Resources Ltd., a junior exploration company listed on the Exchange.

Mr. McIntyre is now, or has been in the last five years a director or officer of four public companies or reporting issuers.

AL BASSHAM,
Director

Mr. Bassham has over 32 years of experience in mining, milling and exploration, with an active focus on mine planning and design. Mr. Bassham's work history includes Vice-President of mining for Gammon Lake Resources in Chihuahua, Mexico, and Project Manager for the Shore Gold diamond project and many other junior resource companies.

DALE SCHULTZ,
Vice President Exploration

Mr. Schultz carries over 17 years of experience in the mining exploration industry in North and South America. He is a registered Professional Geoscientist in Manitoba and Saskatchewan and has been involved in projects from a grassroots level through to underground and open-pit mine production environments with a variety of companies including Echo Bay, Noranda, Kinross and Hemlo Gold. As a Senior Consultant with Aurelian Resources Inc. and Linear Gold Corp., he was the lead Geologist working on the resource estimation programs for Aurelian's Bonza-Penas deposit in Ecuador and Linear's Campamento deposit in Chiapas, Mexico. Mr. Schultz is also a Founder, Director and the Chief Consultant for Buscore Consulting based in Quito, Ecuador.

HERB ROBERTSON,
Operations Manager

Mr. Robertson began his career in the Canadian mining industry in 1987 as an underground surveyor at Corona Corporations Jolu Mine in northern Saskatchewan. His career has progressed through technical services, and front line supervision, to management. Prior to joining Continuum Resources, Mr. Robertson was the Asst. Project Manager at Shore Gold's Star Diamond project.

ALEX CRUZ,
Country Manager, Mexico

Mr. Cruz is an experienced Exploration Geologist with over 18 years of field experience with junior Canadian mining companies in Latin America. He has conducted exploration programs in the majority of the principal metallogenic belts in Ecuador, and has managed a number of environmental and social on behalf of the exploration companies he has worked with.

Mr. Cruz held the position of Vice-President of Exploration and Mine Development with Oromonte Resources Inc. where he designed and implemented the exploration programs that led to the discoveries of the Tundaya Cu-Mo-Ag-Au porphyry, and the Chimbutza Au-Ag hydrothermal breccia system in Ecuador. He also worked as Senior Geologist with Aurelian Resources on the Bonza-Peñas resource project in 2004-2005, and was Sr. Project Geologist with Cornerstone Resources responsible for the Shyry diatreme gold project in 2006.
